Interm:
This year in Get Fit, I'm proud of myself because I've been pushing myself to excersize at my hardest. I will admit that sometimes I feel lazy and don't necessarily work too hard. I try to participate as much as I can and I feel that that has pushed me to work harder than usual.
During fitness days, I've improved quite a bit. In the beggining of the year, I was very unfit due to not having gym. Now, I feel like I could run longer and do more pushups :) I feel like part of it is because of rugby. At the same time, they both help me to become the fit persn I've always wanted to be.
Field trips are always fun for me because we get to get out of school and participate in our community. I feel like it gives me a chance to learn new sports/skills and to engage in active participation.
Some important moments for me was one of the pond runs and the extended beep test. In both of these days I worked extremely hard. I pushed myself to exceed my personal expectations. I pushed and pushed until the end of the excersize and felt really accomplished by the end of it.
I feel like I deserve a mark in the 80%'s. I feel like I'm right between an A and a B.
Hi. My name is Ester and this is where I show you my GetFit experience. Caution** will have serious sadness and pity for me. This is a life and death experience, and I will most likely not survive.

A few days ago, we went to Sullivan Elementary and participated in an active workshop with little kids ages 5 to 6. It was a lot of fun working with the kids. They were really excited and had a lot to offer. They seemed to REALLY like the song Gangnam Style. What made it even better was that the kids seemed to genually have a good time. I forgot how active kids were at that age :(
Last week, our Get Fit class went to the Panorama Dance Studio. There, we learned a combo and we did some aerobic stretching. I really enjoyed the stretches because they made me perspire and feel accomplished. The combo on the otherhand was very easy to learn but I thought it was harder to get going. Overall, it was a good experience that had me working out hard and had my brain multi-tasking.
